One of the observers of the conference, Dieter Petzsch remarked that to him ” the outstanding feature was that of the goodwill that exists from all the speakers to accept the other.”
As organizers of the conference, we cannot agree more with his statement. AAI aims to promote dialogue, the conference succeeded in this objective and although no groundbreaking decisions were made, we came one step closer to being South Africans at our best.
